JCAS has established a fair, transparent process for handling complaints and appeals related to editorial decisions or ethical concerns.
Appeals: Authors may appeal a rejection by submitting a detailed rebuttal, which will be reviewed by an independent member of the editorial board.

Complaints: Concerns regarding editorial conduct, peer review, or publication ethics can be submitted via email to the editorial office.

Resolution Timeframe: All complaints will receive a response within 15 business days and will be addressed confidentially, in accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
