Ethics and Malpractice Statement
JCAS fully adheres to the ethical publishing standards set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). All submitted manuscripts must be original, not under consideration elsewhere, and must comply with ethical guidelines applicable to research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data.
Authors must affirm the authenticity and ethical compliance of their work. Editors and reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and uphold strict confidentiality throughout the review process.
Any form of scientific misconduct, including plagiarism, data manipulation, unethical experimentation, or coercive citation practices, will result in disciplinary action, which may include manuscript rejection, retraction, and notification to relevant institutions or funding bodies.
